NEWS 2026

With the bold move from Cornwall to Glastonbury in 2024, this niche, unique, boutique fairy festival continues a magical journey that began in 2007—when nothing like it had ever been done before in the UK.

From the very beginning, 3 Wishes Fairy Festival has been rooted in music, community, and care for the earth. Proud of its dedication to the environment, the festival has always been vegetarian, long before it became trendy, and in 2019 made the inspired transition to becoming fully plant-based.

Since these humble beginnings, the festival has grown into a much-loved gathering, with diverse live music at its heart. From folk, Celtic, and world music to contemporary bands and DJs. Our stages have welcomed both international acts and grassroots talent, always with inclusivity and creativity at the forefront.

Alongside the music, visitors can enjoy more than 100 free talks and workshops, healing spaces, and a magical marketplace filled with fairy treasures.

PRESS RELEASE – 2018 – UPDATE

Unicorn World Record Attempt

UPDATE: Due to technicalities we did not obtain the official title, so we are attempting the unicorn world record again in 2019!

The world record attempt for the most people dressed as Unicorns was broken at 3 Wishes Fairy Festival on Saturday 16th June! Almost 600 unicorns, 592 to be precise, gathered in the main fairy kingdom arena for the annual world record attempt.

Organiser Karen Kay (The Fairy Lady) said, “I’m thrilled for everyone at the festival that we broke this record. We usually attempt the most fairies gathered in one place, but I thought we’d mix things up a bit this year, and go for a unicorn world record instead! I was always quietly confident, and we smashed it!!!

We still have to wait for the official verification from Guinness World Records! We have all the evidence and our stewards are very well practised, so I’m keeping my fairy fingers crossed that it will be official very soon, so watch this space!”

3 Wishes Fairy Festival celebrates 12 years in 2018!

Held in magical Cornwall UK over three days and nights, you will surely be enchanted by the magical landscape of Mount Edgcumbe country Park, the home of 3 wishes, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
