TRADERS & CATERING APPLICATION

Please email us initially to apply to exhibit at 3 Wishes Faery Fest 2026

TRADERS

  • Only applications from artists, crafts people and businesses with a faery theme or nature/elemental influence will be considered. Caterers MUST BE FULLY PLANT-BASED - VEGAN.

  • All traders must have valid Public Liability Insurance in order to trade at any of our events. You must have your PLI with you at all times.

  • Trading is from Friday 10am until Sunday 19:00pm or later.

  • If your application is accepted and will send you the online booking form with prices and pitch sizes available.

  • IMPORTANT: We do NOT offer spaces to traders selling AI, counterfeit  products, or smoking paraphernalia. 

  • Please note we are a plant-based/vegan festival. Please also let us know if you can provide gluten-free, nut-free options etc. 

  • We request that all catering waste must be taken away at the end of the festival. 

  • Please only use biodegradable cups and food packaging (We operate a no plastic policy).

  • If you would like 3 Wishes to dispose of your waste there is a fee of £100 to be booked in advance.
